  directed by Lachlan J Meagher\, for their single Battle of Rage at The Ol
 d Bar on Friday 2nd of October alongside Comatose\, Tarcutta and Mousse Ca
 nnon Somewhere between CAN\, BEAK> and Thee Oh Sees\, Mirror Clippers carv
 e out a sound that is relentless\, fast\, hypnotic and gentle all at the s
 ame time. The pair fuse psych\, doom\, kraut-rock\, and avant-garde into a
  two-piece storm of analogue fuzz-driven power rock. While both share voca
 l duties\, Daniel anchors drums & synth and Adrien simultaneously plays gu
 itar & bass through an original hybrid instrument — a Melbourne-made mon
 strosity nicknamed The Gass. Mirror Clippers create a sound far bigger tha
 n two people should. Their self-titled debut LP only available on Bandcamp
  explores themes of love\, AI betrayal\, grief and release\, carried by gr
 ooves that stretch from chaos to beauty in a single breath. Recorded live 
 in just one day at Soundpark Studios in Northcote with Andrew Hehir aka Id
 ge and mastered by Mikey Young ( Eddy Current Suppression Ring )\, Mirror 
 Clippers’ debut album captures the raw intensity of a band that thrives 
 on catharsis\, tension and unworldly tones. MIRROR CLIPPERS are Naarm/Melb
 ourne duo Daniel Brates (drums\, synth\, vox) and Adrien Siboulet aka SiB 
 (guitar\, bass\, vox). Mousse Cannon is a two-piece single entity hurling 
 itself into the sun. The duo is known for producing a thick wall of rhythm
 ic mousse that you sometimes lose your shoes in. Blending cuts of post-pun
 k\, experimental rock and new wave\, Mousse Cannon is soon to release “R
 elaxative”\, their upcoming album. Tarcutta are an instrumental three-pi
 ece named after the truck-stop town halfway between Sydney and Melbourne w
 here guitarist Justin Buckley grew up. Justin Wheelahan plays a vintage Mo
 del A Hammond with rotating Leslie speakers\, Pete Barrett plays drums and
  Buckley switches between Wurlitzer and electric guitar. Together they mak
 e something between bastard jazz\, analogue space rock and cinematic sound
 scapes\, full of emotion and pelvis-vibrating pathos. Their latest album R
 ain In Space is available on Bandcamp. Comatose is an experimental alt-roc
 k brimming with explosive energy and a do-it-yourself attitude that comman
 ds your attention. Merging experimental techniques and shoegaze elements\,
  they create an intriguing and dynamic sound\, constantly experimenting wi
 th new textures and improvisation. Their push and pull dynamic approach pr
 ovides room to breathe within songs\, before building back up to crash dow
 n with titanic waves of sound\, featuring stripped back verses and manic b
 reakdowns sure to rattle your bones. They aim to give their audiences a ph
