 s of the Gaza genocide\, this book is the urgent first-hand testimony of a
  Palestinian doctor at Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital. Dr Tahrawi documents the 
 systematic collapse of Gaza’s healthcare system and the daily struggle t
 o keep patients alive under siege\, while bearing witness to Gaza’s phys
 ical\, psychological and spiritual resistance against colonial occupation.
