DESCRIPTION:We are excited to offer a Sprint Training Program for students 
 in Years 1-2 during Term 4\, led by highly experienced athletics coach Gar
 ry Temple.\nThis program is ideal for students who are interested in impro
 ving their speed\, running technique\, and overall athletics performance. 
 Sessions will focus on developing quality running mechanics\, coordination
 \, and sprint technique in a fun and supportive environment.\nProgram Deta
 ils\nWho: Students in Upper First and Second Class \nWhen: Thursdays\, com
 mencing 22 October\nFinal Session: Thursday\, 3 December\nTime: 3:00pm-4:0
 0pm\nLocation: Wyatt Reserve Oval\nCost: $140 for the term (7 sessions at 
 $20 per session)\nAs places are limited\, we encourage families to enrol s
 tudents who are enthusiastic about developing their athletics skills and a
 re committed to participating in the full program. Our aim is to create an
  engaging and focused training environment where students can make meaning
 ful progress. With this in mind\, we kindly ask that this program not be u
 sed as an alternative to after-school care. Thank you for your support and
  understanding.\nAbout Coach Garry\nCoach Garry is a Level 4 High Performa
 nce Athletics Coach accredited by Athletics Australia\, with a strong focu
 s on technical development and speed training.\nHis experience includes:\n
 PLC Sydney (Junior and Senior School) – 10 years\nSydney Grammar School 
 (College Street Campus) – 8 years\nManly Little Athletics Hurdles Coach 
 – 8 years\n24 years coaching private athletics squads\nCurrent coach wit
 h Manly Athletics Club\nRecipient of Manly Athletics Club Coach of the Yea
 r in 2015 and 2022\nCoach Garry holds Level 1\, 2\, 3 and 4 Athletics Aust
 ralia Accreditation and uses video analysis technology\, including the Coa
 ch's Eye App\, to help athletes refine their technique and maximise improv
