 ear\, we continue our commitment to creating greater value for Thai rice a
 nd are preparing exciting new experiences for everyone. Discover fresh con
 cepts\, engaging activities\, and innovative showcases that bring together
  the diversity\, creativity\, and potential of Thailand&rsquo\;s rice indu
 stry all in one place. And of course\, Thailand Rice Fest is about much mo
 re than rice. The festival also serves as a platform for farmers\, food en
 trepreneurs\, and businesses of all sizes to connect\, showcase their prod
 ucts\, build partnerships\, and collaborate in driving the sustainable gro
 wth of Thailand&rsquo\;s food industry together. Remark: This layout is on
 ly a representation of the booth types by size. Once the number of exhibit
 ors is confirmed\, the layout will be adjusted accordingly for better suit
 ability. 📆 Schedule and Regulations for Space Reservation Registration 
 2 July 2026 : Opening of Booth Reservation Registration Booth reservation 
 registration will open on 7 July 2026. An application will be considered c
 omplete only upon receipt of the first payment installment\, equivalent to
  50% of the booth rental fee\, to confirm participation in the exhibition.
  Registration will be closed once the number of paid reservations reaches 
 the maximum booth capacity available. 30 August 2026 : Closing of Booth Re
 servation Registration (11:59 PM) Booth reservation registration will clos
 e at 11:59 PM on 30 August 2026. The registration closing date may be subj
 ect to change should all available booth spaces be fully reserved prior to
  the stated deadline. 25 September 2026 : Announcement of Selected Village
  Exhibitors (2 x 2 m) The list of exhibitors selected for Village Booths (
 2 x 2 m) will be announced on 25 September 2026. Successful applicants wil
 l be notified of the selection results via email. 30 September 2026 : Firs
 t Payment Deadline for Raw Space\, Standard Booths\, and Village Booths (2
  x 2 m) Deadline for the first installment payment\, equivalent to 50% of 
 the total booth rental fee\, for Raw Space and Standard Booths (3 x 3 m an
 d larger)\, to confirm participation in the exhibition. Deadline for full 
 payment\, equivalent to 100% of the total booth rental fee\, for Village B
 ooths (2 x 2 m)\, to confirm participation in the exhibition. For the paym
 ent does not complete the payment before the deadline.will be deemed a can
 cellation of the booth reservation. The Organizer reserves the right to re
 allocate the booth space to another applicant without prior notice. 28 Oct
 ober 2026 : Exhibitor Meeting and Booth Selection Draw An Exhibitor Meetin
 g will be held\, during which exhibitors will draw lots to determine the o
 rder of booth space selection. 13 November 2026: Second Payment Deadline f
 or Raw Space and Standard Booths Final deadline for the second installment
  payment\, representing the remaining 50% of the total booth fee\, for Raw
  Space and Standard Booths (3 x 3 m and larger) to confirm participation i
 n the event. Terms and Conditions for Thailand Rice Fest 2026 Products dis
 play in the Exhibition has to be legal and not copyright infringement If t
 he products display in the exhibition are not registered upon the registra
 tion\, Organizer reserved the right to notify Exhibitors to stop displayin
 g that product immediately. If Exhibitors still violate this rule\, Organi
 zer reserved the right to terminate Exhibitors from the Exhibition. All da
 mages/losses will be exhibitors&rsquo\; responsibility and the payment wil
 l not be refunded. Organizer reserved the right\, in any circumstance to r
 efunded. In case of unavoidable cause such as natural disaster\, political
  uncertainty\, pandemic\, or any others\; which cause the Exhibition to be
  postponed\, Organizer reserved the right\, in any circumstance to refunde
