 o eat\, please ensure that you arrive in plenty of time to order and eat y
 our food.* Please do not save seats for other people unless they will be a
 rriving before the start of the live music at 8pm. If there is a particula
 r problem please let us know\, otherwise we reserve the right to give thes
 e seats to people who are already there and who would otherwise have to st
 and (see below).* There is a low step at the entrance to The Ivy House\, a
 nd after that the venue is all on level ground. There is a disabled toilet
  in the ballroom where the concert will be held.* If you are in a wheelcha
 ir\, please let us know IN ADVANCE and we can reserve a space for you.* TH

  must have a seat due to disability\, PLEASE EITHER ARRIVE WHEN THE DOOR O

 IS NEEDED. Sorry\, but we cannot undertake to reserve seats for anybody ot
 her than the person with a disability.* Please do not bring in seats or st
 ools from other parts of the venue\, as these are needed for other custome
 rs of the pub. We also need to keep enough space at the back of the room f
 or people who are standing.* Please be aware that whilst our events are he
 ld in The Ivy House's beautiful Grade 2 listed ballroom\, this is a pub\, 
 so there may be some background noise from adjoining bars\, although we an
 d the pub management have done our best to minimise this. However as this 
 is a listed building there are restrictions on what kinds of soundproofing
  can be done. We hope you understand.* You are welcome to take photos\, bu
 t please do not do this in a way which will disturb other members of the a
 udience. For example\, please do not use flash or hold your phone above yo
 ur head. Unfortunately anybody who persists in doing this after being aske
