 s what inspires me.&rdquo\;&nbsp\; And it&rsquo\;s inspiring others\, too 
 &mdash\; Teen Vogue dubbed her &ldquo\;your next favorite pop star.&rdquo\
 ;&nbsp\;<br><br>Cochrane grew up in Seattle\, inspired by the city&rsquo\;
 s rich musical history\, natural beauty\, and her&nbsp\; own experiences f
 alling and out of love. She played over 100 shows in Seattle alone before&
 nbsp\; relocating to Los Angeles to pursue a music career fulltime.&nbsp\;
 &nbsp\;<br><br>Cochrane is also skilled at social media\, uploading snippe
 ts of songs and full tracks to her candy colored grids. She flirted with v
 irality a few times\, before hitting it big with &ldquo\;Shapeshifting on 
 a&nbsp\;Saturday Night.&rdquo\; &ldquo\;Whether it's a solo drive or Pride
  Night at the gay club\, it's a universal feeling&nbsp\; and experience. I
 t feels really good to have captured that\,&rdquo\; she says. From there\,
  Cochrane&nbsp\; released her debut EP via S-Curve Records in March 2026 d
 evilishly titled Male Validation and&nbsp\; Other Drugs\, a suite of poppy
  yet complex songs about love\, identity\, and fumbling glamorously&nbsp\;
  through life.&nbsp\;<br><br>&ldquo\;Shapeshifting&rdquo\; scored a pivota
 l scene in Amazon&rsquo\;s smash-hit hockey romance\, Off-Campus\,&nbsp\; 
 and Cochrane is primed to perform the song during Pride Month&rsquo\;s off
 icial kickoff at the historic&nbsp\; Stonewall Inn in New York &mdash\; af
 ter selling out all of her EP release shows this spring. She&rsquo\;s also
 &nbsp\; ready to take her first trip to London\, where she will inevitably
  sell out Oslo Hackney in July.&nbsp\; That&rsquo\;s not to mention her up
 coming Tumblr artist partnership (&ldquo\;I was a big Tumblr kid!&rdquo\;)
  and a&nbsp\; whole summer full of festival dates.&nbsp\;<br><br>Through i
 t\, all of course\, Cochrane is staying true to the craft. &ldquo\;I've be
