 ned and highly respected matrimonial finance practitioner with many years 
 of specialist experience\, Sally is the first choice for many high net wor
 th and high profile individuals. Her cases concern complex £multi-million
  assets\, often with complex business and trust structures. She has appear
 ed in many landmark reported cases including Gohil ([2015] UKSC 61) in the
  UK Supreme Court\, which is the leading authority in relation to non-disc
 losure and setting aside. Sally appeared in Moher ([2019] EWCA Civ 1482 ) 
 in the Court of Appeal. This is one of the seminal authorities in relation
  to the quantification of assets in non-disclosure cases and in the case o
 f ON v ON ([2024] EWFC 379) which concerned non-disclosure following an Ar
 bitration Award. She appeared in the Court of Appeal in the case of Ratcli
 ffe ([2021] EWCA civ 247) and represented the husband in the appeal agains
 t the Arbitration Award in the case of A v A ((Arbitration Guidance) [2021
 ] EWHC 1889 (Fam)) which is now the leading authority in relation to the c
 orrect procedure to be adopted when challenging an Arbitration Award. Rece
 ntly\, she appeared in BY v GC (No1) [2025] EWFC 226 which is now one of t
 he pivotal decisions in relation to seeking permission to rely upon a seco
 nd expert. She has appeared in a number of cases concerning pre-nuptial ag
 reements including HD v WB. Whilst she has a reputation for her robust adv
 ocacy she is recognised as someone who “puts every client at ease”. Sh
 e is highly praised for her modern and flexible approach and she uses her 
 skill and knowledge to reach negotiated settlement for her clients whereve
