 riendship and creative collaboration between Stuart Watkins\, Cameron Watk
 ins and Matthew Hatch. At the heart of the evening is a simple intention: 
 to create the conditions for the mind to become quiet\, the body to soften
 \, and something deeper to become available. Stuart and Cam bring together
  a potent and comprehensive approach to Yoga — weaving movement\, stilln
 ess\, breath\, meditation and contemplative practice into an experience th
 at moves gradually from the physical into the subtle. Matthew Hatch will c
 reate the live musical landscape for the evening\, responding to the pract
 ice as it unfolds. Rather than music simply accompanying the Yoga\, the so
 undscape becomes part of the practice itself — spacious\, immersive and 
 intentionally crafted to support the movement of attention\, breath and en
 ergy. And for the first time\, Quiet Mind ~ Open Heart will be set within 
 the extraordinary natural amphitheatre of Bold Park’s Quarry Amphitheatr
 e\, surrounded by limestone cliffs\, open sky and the energy of spring\, t
 his feels like the perfect place for the next expression of something we
