 ase note that you will not be able to eat in the ballroom where the concer
 t is held\, although once the doors open and AFTER YOU HAVE HAD YOUR HAND 
 STAMPED\, you may reserve a seat in the ballroom (for example by leaving y
 our coat on it) and then eat elsewhere. If you wish to eat\, please ensure
  that you arrive in plenty of time to order and eat your food.* Please do 
 not save seats for other people unless they will be arriving before the st
 art of the live music at 8pm. If there is a particular problem please let 
 us know\, otherwise we reserve the right to give these seats to people who
  are already there and who would otherwise have to stand (see below).* The
 re is a low step at the entrance to The Ivy House\, and after that the ven
 ue is all on level ground. There is a disabled toilet in the ballroom wher
 e the concert will be held.* If you are in a wheelchair\, please let us kn
 ow IN ADVANCE and we can reserve a space for you.* THIS EVENT IS PART SEAT
 ED\, PART STANDING.* If you or a member of your party must have a seat due
  to disability\, PLEASE LET US KNOW BY NOON ON THE DAY OF THE GIG AT THE L
 ATEST \, GIVING THE REASON WHY A SEAT IS NEEDED. Sorry\, but we cannot und
 ertake to reserve seats for anybody other than the person with a disabilit
 y.* Please do not bring in seats or stools from other parts of the venue\,
  as these are needed for other customers of the pub. We also need to keep 
 enough space at the back of the room for people who are standing.* Please 
 be aware that whilst our events are held in The Ivy House's beautiful Grad
 e 2 listed ballroom\, this is a pub\, so there may be some background nois
 e from adjoining bars\, although we and the pub management have done our b
 est to minimise this. However as this is a listed building there are restr
 ictions on what kinds of soundproofing can be done. We hope you understand
 .* You are welcome to take photos\, but please do not do this in a way whi
 ch will disturb other members of the audience. For example\, please do not
  use flash or hold your phone above your head. Unfortunately anybody who p
 ersists in doing this after being asked not to may be asked to leave.* Ple

 selves and the artist/s concerned.* Please do not block the gangways\, whi
