 s\, trips\, falls\, physical activity\, food-related incidents\, and other
  unforeseen circumstances.\nI voluntarily assume all reasonable risks asso
 ciated with my attendance and participation in the event.\n2. Release and 
 Waiver\nTo the extent permitted by applicable law\, I release and hold har
 mless Indians In Calgary\, its organizers\, volunteers\, directors\, repre
 sentatives\, sponsors\, partners\, venue operators\, performers\, and serv
 ice providers from claims\, liabilities\, damages\, losses\, or expenses a
 rising from my attendance or participation in the event\, except where suc
 h liability cannot legally be excluded.\n3. Children and Minors\nParents o
 r legal guardians are responsible for supervising children and minors in t

 ent or legal guardian confirms that they have the authority to provide con

 materials\, and other communications related to Indians In Calgary\, unles
 s otherwise prohibited by applicable law.\n5. Personal Belongings\nI under
 stand that Indians In Calgary and the venue are not responsible for lost\,
  stolen\, or damaged personal belongings.\n6. Event Changes\nIndians In Ca
 lgary reserves the right to modify the event schedule\, programming\, perf
 ormers\, venue arrangements\, or other event details when necessary.\n7. T
 icket Policy\nAll ticket purchases are subject to the ticketing platform's
  applicable terms and conditions. Unless otherwise specifically stated by
