 on her 20+ years of dance training and her experience dancing in a profess
 ional cabaret company in Vancouver to break down key jazz and heels techni
 que for that showpony look and feel in your dancing. A perfect add-on for 
 heels dancers and burlesque performers alike!\nClass will include: warm up
 \, skill-building\, and a Rockette-style combo. Please bring: any dance he
 els or character shoes. \n4:45 - 6:00: Slow & Sexy Heels\nSink into your 
 body with a cheeky\, slinky\, and feel-good heels class! Based on Halena's
  background in lyrical\, jazz\, cabaret heels\, and burlesque\, this class
  will feature a sultry combo exploring musicality\, tension\, and downrigh
 t raunch. \nClass will include: warm-up\, technical skills\, and combo. E
 xpect floor work as well\, so cover those knees! Heels optional.\nAbout me
 :\nHalena Lou (she/her) is a dancer and burlesque performer based in BC's 
 Lower Mainland. Halena has been dancing since age 8 and teaching for over 
 8 years\, focusing in heels\, jazz\, and burlesque. She dances professiona
 lly with cabaret company The Lolas\, including performing in their recent
  Western Canada tour of 'Stardust\,' and as a burlesque artist she has per
 formed in festivals and shows across North America and beyond. She also pr
 oduces burlesque shows in Vancouver through @halenaloupresents\, profilin
 g both the sultry and the silly within the art form. In Halena's classes
 \, expect juicy moves\, fun storytelling\, and even getting a little down
