DESCRIPTION:- Jenny Sturgeon and M G Boulter have been penpals since 2021\
 , maintaining the ebb and flow of a musical conversation between their res
 pective homes on Shetland and Southend-on-Sea\, Essex. Both established so
 ngwriters in their own right they cemented their collaboration through the
  Shetland Songwriting Festival\, (where they were both tutors in 2022)\, a
 s well as sharing mutual musical friends and becoming label mates on the i
 ndie folk label\, Hudson Records.Those catch-ups\, held online across mont
 hs and years\, led to the quiet creation of a collection of songs which ma
 ke up Wild Convener. The songs reflect the topics that naturally came up i
 n their conversations\, from meditations on travel (‘Holding Patterns’
 ) and family (‘Jason’) to idle talk about trips taken and wonders seen
