DESCRIPTION:Event Guidelines - Zorlu PSM reserves the right to make changes
  to the event venue\, programme and schedule. - This event is suitable for
  participants aged ..... and over. - All guests\, regardless of age\, must
  hold a valid ticket to enter the venue. - Doors open at 20:00 and the eve
 nt starts at 20:30. - Once the event has started\, admission to and re-ent
 ry into the auditorium may only be permitted at suitable intervals\, in ac
 cordance with the rules determined by the organiser and venue management. 
 In order to avoid disrupting the experience of other guests\, attendees ar
 e kindly requested not to leave the auditorium during the performance exce
 pt in cases of necessity. Tickets & Admission - Each ticket is valid only 
 for the date\, time and seat specified on the ticket. - Zorlu PSM reserves
  the right to verify the identity of ticket holders upon entry. Only a val
 id ID card\, driver's licence or passport will be accepted. Screenshots or
  digital images of identification documents will not be accepted. - For se
 curity reasons\, bag checks and security screening may be carried out at t
 he entrance. Guests who refuse to comply with security procedures may be d
 enied entry. - Discounted tickets purchased under the Garanti BBVA Genç c
 ategory are subject to availability and are valid only upon presentation o
 f a valid student ID. - Zorlu PSM reserves the right to amend its discount
 ed ticket policies. - Zorlu PSM reserves the right to refuse admission to 
 the venue and refund the ticket price where deemed necessary. Venue Rules 
 - Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the venue\, as food 
 and beverages are available for purchase within Zorlu PSM. - Unless otherw
 ise specified by the organiser\, photography\, audio recording and video r
 ecording during the event are strictly prohibited. Professional cameras\, 
 photographic equipment\, and professional audio or video recording equipme
 nt are not permitted inside the venue. - Guests are kindly requested not t
 o use mobile phones during the event in order to avoid disrupting the expe
 rience of other attendees. - Sharp objects\, flammable or explosive materi
 als\, and any other items that may pose a security risk are prohibited. - 
 Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of Zorlu PSM. Anyone fo
 und in breach of this rule may be removed from the venue without a ticket 
 refund where deemed necessary. - Cloakroom service is available. Zorlu PSM
  accepts no responsibility for personal belongings that are not deposited 
 in the cloakroom. - Zorlu PSM accepts no responsibility for lost\, stolen 
 or forgotten personal belongings. Found items will be handled in accordanc
 e with Zorlu PSM's Lost Property Procedure. - Suitcases and large backpack
 s are not permitted inside the auditorium and must be left at the cloakroo
 m. - Zorlu PSM reserves the right to remove\, without refund\, any person 
 who violates the event rules\, disrupts the experience of other guests or 
 compromises the safety and security of the event. Health & Safety - Some e
 vents may include intense lighting\, lasers\, strobe lighting or visual ef
 fects that may not be suitable for individuals with epilepsy. - In the eve
 nt of an emergency\, all guests must follow the instructions of security p
 ersonnel and event staff. Photography & Recording - Photographs\, video an
 d audio recordings may be taken by Zorlu PSM and/or the organiser during t
 he event. - By attending the event\, guests acknowledge and agree that pho
 tographs\, video and audio recordings in which they may appear may be used
  by Zorlu PSM and/or the organiser for promotional\, advertising\, marketi
 ng and corporate communication purposes. Food & Beverage - Guests wishing 
 to dine at Cheers Restaurant before the event are advised to make a reserv
 ation by calling +90 212 912 37 76\, subject to availability. - Focamia\, 
 Ppang\, Rancero\, The Grungy at Bites & Beats\, as well as Taş Bar within
  Zorlu PSM\, welcome guests without prior reservation. Transportation - Zo
 rlu PSM is directly accessible via Gayrettepe Metro Station on the M2 Yeni
 kapı--Hacıosman Metro Line. Guests are encouraged to use public transpor
 tation whenever possible. - Guests arriving by private vehicle are advised
  to arrive at least one hour before the event to allow sufficient time for
  parking and valet services due to potential congestion at Zorlu Center be
