DESCRIPTION:We are excited to offer a Sprint Training Program for students 
 in Years 3-6 during Term 4\, led by highly experienced athletics coach Gar
 ry Temple.\nThis program is ideal for students who are interested in impro
 ving their speed\, running technique\, and overall athletics performance. 
 Sessions will focus on developing quality sprint mechanics and techniques 
 for events ranging from 100m to 800m.\nProgram Details\nWho: Years 3-6 stu
 dents\nWhen: Tuesdays\, commencing 20 October\nFinal Session: Tuesday\, 1 
 December\nTime: 7:10am-8:10am\nLocation: Wyatt Reserve Oval\nCost: $140 ($
 20 per session) \nStudents should arrive dressed in their normal running g
 ear and bring their school uniform or sports uniform to change into before
  school.\nAbout Coach Garry\nCoach Garry is a Level 4 High Performance Ath
 letics Coach accredited by Athletics Australia\, with a strong focus on te
 chnical development and speed training.\nHis experience includes:\nPLC Syd
 ney (Junior and Senior School) – 10 years\nSydney Grammar School (Colleg
 e Street Campus) – 8 years\nManly Little Athletics Hurdles Coach – 8 y
 ears\n24 years coaching private athletics squads\nCurrent coach with Manly
  Athletics Club\nRecipient of Manly Athletics Club Coach of the Year in 20
 15 and 2022\nCoach Garry holds Level 1\, 2\, 3 and 4 Athletics Australia A
 ccreditation and uses video analysis technology\, including the Coach's Ey
 e App\, to help athletes refine their technique and maximise improvement.
