DESCRIPTION:- Threeway came into being in May 2004 over the breakfast tabl
 e after Waterman\, Lodder and Crosland had\, the previous evening\, played
  for a significant family function at the home of two of Crosland’s clos
 est friends. The feeling was that there was real compatibility between the
 m and something new and exciting could emerge within the context of a cham
 ber jazz trio without drums. Over the course of the ensuing 19 years\, the
  band has recorded three albums and have played festivals and club dates a
 cross the country\, engaging audiences with their attractive brand of melo
 dic\, fresh sounding\, subtle jazz\, the material largely written by all t
 hree band members\, all the while developing the intense interplay between
  the players that so characterises the group’s identity and sound. Rob L
 uft is an award-winning 32-year-old jazz guitarist from London whose virtu
 osity has been compared to that of six-string legends John McLaughlin\, Al
  Di Meola & Paco De Lucia. He was the recipient of the 2016 Kenny Wheeler 
 Prize from the Royal Academy of Music\, and he also received the 2nd Prize
  in the 2016 Montreux Jazz Guitar Competition at Montreux Jazz Festival. H
 is debut album\, “Riser”\, was released on Edition Records in 2017 to
