DESCRIPTION:This course provides you with an opportunity to learn about Pe
 troleum Joint Venture Agreements and expand your oil and gas knowledge bas
 e.\nYou will learn how to negotiate and advance Joint Ventures\, the busin
 ess of which is documented in a number of agreements.\nThis course will pr
 ovide you with an advanced understanding of fees\, facilities\, and moveme
 nt of production through them.\nMost importantly\, you will achieve a firm
  understanding of agreements required to capture the business arrangements
  such as Construction\, Ownership and Operation (CO&O)\, Unit Agreements\,
  Unit Operating Agreements and a variety of Service Agreements.\n \nThis 
 Course will run Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:30-7:00PM\n \nFrom Septembe
 r 15\, 2026 to October 15\, 2026\n \n** No class on September 17th or Oct
 ober 1st\n \nThere will be exams during the courses\, therefore those tak
 ing the full JV Certificate Program will require an 80% passing grade. If 
 you do not pass the course\, you have one retake opportunity for a $100 fe
 e.\nThe five courses can be taken in any order. You will receive the Admin
 istration Certificate once you have completed the Agreements Course and th
 e Administration Course. You will receive the Analyst Certificate once you
