 stry Mondays (MIM) is a free weekly event series held every Monday\, bring
 ing artists\, creatives\, and industry professionals together with guest s
 peakers from across the music industry. Each session explores a different 
 area of the business - from artists and managers to labels\, festivals\, p
 ublishing\, marketing\, and beyond. Expect honest insight\, practical advi
 ce\, and real-world experience\, followed by an open mic and open Q&A. Mee
 t This Week’s Guests Jojo Mukeza Jojo Mukeza is an Ivor-nominated produc
 er\, lecturer and A&R professional with extensive experience across music 
 production\, artist development and the wider creative industry. Alongside
  his work at LCCM\, Jojo has worked with leading artists and music profess
 ionals\, bringing his industry experience into the classroom through produ
 ction\, cultural and contextual music history\, and artist development. Sa
 hil Sahil is a musical director\, keyboardist and multi-instrumentalist wh
 ose credits include Jessie J\, Sam Ryder\, Sister Sledge\, Jocelyn Brown a
 nd Teedra Moses . He currently performs with British R&B artist Sasha Keab
 le and is an active session musician across London's live music scene\, re
 gularly appearing at venues including Ronnie Scott's and Jazz Café . With
  a background spanning keys\, drums\, bass\, guitar and vocals\, Sahil wor
 ks across live performance\, music agencies\, jam nights and creative comm
 unities throughout London. At LCCM\, he leads Professional Performance and
  MMus Performance modules while also teaching harmony\, theory\, ear train
 ing and piano. Charlene Charlene is a South London-born vocalist and songw
 riter with a deep-rooted passion for harmony\, soul and storytelling. Infl
 uenced by artists ranging from Marvin Gaye and Joni Mitchell to Bob Marley
 \, The Clark Sisters\, Donny Hathaway and Stevie Wonder\, her work spans p
 erformance\, songwriting and recording across genres. Her recording credit
 s include work with Clinton Jordan\, Ahrel Lumzy and Jermaine Holmes \, wh
 ile more recent collaborations include songwriting with Jesse Johnson of T
 he Time \, with her vocals also featuring on music by Victoria Port and Co
 nnie Constance . As both an artist and educator\, Charlene brings a strong
  focus on vocal expression\, harmony\, musicality and the emotional connec
