 RTH IS THIS?\n\nEVERYONE GETS A PAIR OF GLOWING MULTI-CHANNEL HEADPHONES (
 disclosure: not to keep though!).\n\nA Silent Disco Fun Run is exactly wha
 t it sounds like: a 5km through the vineyards at Bloemendal\, except inste
 ad of music playing over speakers\, everyone wears a pair of glowing wirel
 ess headphones. Tune in\, and the whole crowd moves to the same soundtrack
  - walking\, jogging\, and dancing their way around the course in what loo
 ks\, from the outside\, like total silence.\nYou choose a group when you a
 rrive – anything from walking only to a steady jog – and each group ha
 s a leader wearing a transmitter. You tune your headphones to your leader
 ’s channel\, and simply follow their music and their pace for the full 5
 km.Which means nobody gets left behind you’re always with a leader whose
  whole job is to stay with your group.\nIt’s not a race. There are no ti
 ming chips\, no pressure\, and no such thing as too slow. Just a fun\, eas
 y 5km\, a great soundtrack\, a beautiful farm\, and a big dance party at t
