 tro’s most important and enigmatic projects to Hidden for a special live
  A/V set.\n\nFormed in Detroit in the mid-90s\, Dopplereffekt brings toget
 her Gerald Donald\, co-founder of the legendary Drexciya\, and To-Nhan Ber
 tel. Together\, the pair have built one of electro’s most distinctive pr
 ojects\, combining stripped-back machine rhythms\, futuristic electronics 
 and a cold\, precise sound that has remained instantly recognisable for de
 cades.\n\nFollowing an appearance at Dekmantel this summer\, where they sh
 ared the wider programme with A Guy Called Gerald and Space Afrika\, Doppl
 ereffekt have continued to appear on lineups alongside some of electronic 
 music’s most respected names\, including fellow Detroit electro pioneer 
 DJ Stingray 313.\n\nJoining them is the masked and anonymous Client_03\, a
 n artist whose identity remains hidden behind the idea of being “neither
  human nor machine.” Their sound moves through razor-sharp electro\, dys
 topian electronics and broken rhythms\, stretching into dubstep\, jungle a
 nd wider bass music.\n\nWith both projects rooted in machine music\, techn
 ological concepts and sounds built around the future\, Client_03 is the pe
 rfect counterpart to Dopplereffekt’s live A/V performance.\n\nFurther su
