 Gast im Beate Uwe.\n\nIm nicht öffentlichen Teil des Tages gibt es am Nac
 hmittag einen FLINTA* DJ-Workshop für Anfänger*innen.\n\nAb 19 Uhr gehts
  dann für alle los: Im einstündigen Panel „Community Building in der C
 lubkultur“ diskutieren wir Ansätze\, Herausforderungen und Möglichkeit
 en für solidarische Communities.\n\nDen Abschluss bildet ein von Femquenc
 y kuratierter Showcase mit ausschließlich FLINTA* Artists und einem diver
 sen Booking. Den ersten Slot übernehmen die Workshopteilnehmenden – fü
 r mehr Praxis\, weniger Berührungsängste und erste Bühnenerfahrung.\n\n

 lhabe und Sichtbarkeit von FLINTA*-Personen in der Club- und Festivalszene
  zu leisten. \n\nWir wollen Räume schaffen\, in denen ganz viel Platz fü
 r Empowerment und gegenseitige Unterstützung da ist\, sodass Sicherheitsg
 efühl und Selbstvertrauen statt Selbstzweifel entstehen. Dazu gehört fü
 r uns auch\, den Dancefloor zu einem sicheren Ort für FLINTA* zu machen u
 nd den Zugang zu Bereichen wie Stage Management\, Awareness und Technik zu
  erleichtern. \n\nNeben Workshops bietet FEMQUENCY deshalb auch vielfälti
 ge Möglichkeiten sich zu vernetzen und gegenseitig zu unterstützen\, dam
 it wir unseren Vorstellungen von einer gleichberechtigten Club- und Festiv

 ities for networking and mutual support – all with the goal of shaping a
