 is December will see them releasing their debut album "Juicer" - an 11-tra
 ck collection of original funk and soul\, with a live launch show at the f
 amed Hepburn Palais\, Hepburn Springs (celebrating 100 years in December a
 lso!). Known for their classic funk grooves and homespun originals\, The F
  Jays bring together some of the region’s most experienced and accomplis
 hed musicians\, each contributing their own musical background and passion
  for live funk. The band have been steadily writing and performing their o
 riginal material for around a decade — a process that has finally culmin
 ated in their debut full-length record. “Juicer” captures the band’s
  signature sound: horn-driven grooves\, tight rhythm section interplay\, a
 nd songwriting rooted in classic funk and soul traditions. The album was r
 ecorded and mixed by Sam Edmonds. Additional overdubs recorded by Brenn Ba
 rtlett. Mastered by Joe Carra at Crystal Mastering. The F Jays will be sup
 ported by an opening set of dynamic roots music from Brett Franke Trio\, w
