DESCRIPTION:QUEER FARM CLUBEvery Month we meet up at Spitalfields City Far
 m\, so come and spend the day crafting at the farm\, making things for the
  farm shop\, exploring the farm or cooking\, and then feast in the evening
  . What will we be doing?Wander around\, say hi to the animals\, take in t
 he gardens\, chill in the cafe areaHelp out making crafts for the farm sho
 p (this is different every time and is seasonal)Chill reading/knitting/dra
 wing/crafting at the farm for the vibesHelp with the cooking for the feast
 . Come along just for the feast. SCHEDULE:3PM - 5PM - Farm Time (crafting\
 , cooking\, exploring)4PM - THE FARM GATES ARE LOCKED SO ARRIVE BEFORE THE
 N. 5PM - Feast6:30PM - 7PM - TIDY UP TOGETHER. Help with the feast is alwa
 ys welcome. This looks like chopping and peeling veg. Making salads. Stirr
 ing and watching the pot. Tidying/ washing up. Please wash your plates and
  bowls when you are finished with them 🥰FARM DAYFor the farm day think 
 fun community vibes\, enjoying nature\, helping out\, crafting or having a
  slow day. For the feast think lovely\, cosy\, nourishing vibes - coming t
 ogether with our community to break bread\, feel the love and make connect
 ions.We will be providing plenty of food\, using some farm food to make so
 me lovely vegan GF dishes - but if you can\, please bring your own dishes 
 to add to the table. (especially desserts. )Donations are very welcome but
  if you can't donate\, we still want you at the event. BRING TUPPERWARE FO
 R LEFTOVERS. THE FEAST TAKES PLACE IN A TENT STRUCTURE SO IT CAN BE CHILLY
  - There are heaters but please dress warm for the evening temperatures <3
 ACCESSIBILITYThe event will be taking place in the Safari tent at Spitalfi
 elds city farmThere is level access to all the areas we will be usingThe t
 errain from the entrance to the tent is not completely smooth - but works 
 for many mobility aids - photos below. There are ramps into both structure
 sThere is an accessible toilet (image below)Wheelchair accessible picnic t
 ables. There are lots of quieter areas to retreat to if you need a social 
 breakThe food will not be made with nuts\, gluten or dairy - however the c
 ooking area\, equipment and cutlery are communal and so\, while it is all 
 cleaned before we use it there is a chance of cross contamination. If that
  is dangerous for you\, we're sorry that we can't feed you\, you are welco
 me to bring along your own food to the event I'll add this info to the eve

 lcome Guide Dogs for the Blind\, Disability Assistance Dogs\, Disability S
 upport Dogs\, Hearing Dogs for Deaf People\, Medical Assistance Dogs and S
 eizure Alert Dogs provided that:They are fully registered\, kept under con
 trol and accompanied by their owners.Owners must show the relevant Identif
 ication Cards upon entering the Farm and all assistance dogs must wear the
 ir identifying jackets whilst on site. ID card and jackets are a part of t
 he regulations for all Registered and Trained Support Dogs in the UK.There
  may be times when our livestock is loose on site\, usually between 3-4:30
 pm - during which time the assistance dog will need to be supervised in th
 e tent away from the animals passing throughOn the farm everyone should wa
 sh their hands before putting them near their mouths (eating\, sucking thu
 mbs or smoking). Full hand washing facilities are available at the farm.Ch
 ildren should be supervised at all times.Feeding the animals is not allowe
 d unless approved by a member of staff or part of a planned activity.No ch
 asing\, throwing things or shouting at the animals.Wear appropriate clothi
