 aeli-American chef\, food writer\, and Jewish culinary historian based in 
 Washington\, D.C. Her work has appeared in Haaretz\, The Washington Post\,
  Moment Magazine\, and The Nosher\, among others. She currently works with
  Foodish\, the culinary wing of ANU – Museum of the Jewish People\, on f
 ood and cultural projects in the U.S.In 2014\, she cooked for President Ob
 ama’s Passover Seder at the White House.Vered is also active in Jewish o
