 rner New Cross\, with deep gratitude to the owners for continuing to have 
 us in the cosy and arty basement space. And it's the most wonderful time o
 f the year…Come along for some festive Drag Tales with the fabulous drag
  queen Tania LeCoq. Christmas is Tania's favourite holiday so there will b
 e Christmas-themed stories\, plenty of decoration\, singing\, dancing\, pu
 ppets\, and a shower of sparkling bubbles. Come celebrate the magic of Chr
 istmas with us with stories that celebrate diversity. Notes about Corner N
 ew CrossBRING YOUR OWN PILLOW – we'll try our best to make the space as 
 cosy as possible\, but we'd really appreciate it if you could bring your o
 wn pillow or soft furnishings to help make it as comfy as possible for you
  and your kids.Please also arrive from 10.30am so that you have time to gr
 ab a drink and sweet treat before the performance at 11am.In order to keep
  the event sustainable\, we need to be earning enough money from the event
  to both cover the performer's costs as well as the venue. Please give gen
 erously to keep the event going. Accessibility Note: The basement space un
 fortunately has about 12 quite steep and narrow stairs to go down to the r

 Around London drag performers will help beloved children’s books leap of
 f the page into technicolour life through captivating storytelling\, joyfu
 l songs\, energetic dancing\, puppet shows\, interactive games\, and showe
 rs of sparkling bubbles. What We Will Do During Our Hour of Fun ★ One ho
 ur of live performance including storytelling\, songs\, dancing\, puppet s
 hows\, games & bubbles ★ Professional drag performer with full costume\,
  props and puppets ★ Curated selection of children’s books celebrating
  diversity\, inclusion and imagination ★ Interactive audience participat
 ion suitable for children of all agesAt Drag Tales\, we will adapt to the 
 kids at the session\, and make sure everyone has a good time.We’ll read 
 books like Where The Wild Things Are\, Penguin\, Girls\, The Hug and many 
 other classic stories. We want children to see books they know and love be
 ing read by gender diverse fabulous beings so that they can see us as just
  as normal as anyone else. By using stories they’re familiar with\, the 
 whole environment becomes familiar and comfortable.We encourage our perfor
 mers to choose stories that they loved in their own childhoods to bring a 
 personal touch to every session.And if you have any particular stories you
  want read\, songs you want sung\, or games you want played\, we are open 
 to adapting to what you’d like your children to experience.It’s all ab
 out creating a safe space to play and learn about the wonderful difference
