  music.\n\nHere\, we warm up gradually as the music builds up slowly. We l
 et it guide our movements\, without having to look good or be any particul
 ar way. Without having to force the dance or hold it back. It's just a dan
 ce. Or it could be a deep introspective journey. Designed to facilitate th
 at- with no talking or phones throughout.\n\nA place where we can go wild 
 or lay down on the floor. Where we can open to our love of the music in a 
 setting supportive of freedom of movement. We travel through beats of all 
 kinds- but predominantly it's 4x4 house/techno of various bpm... peaking w
 ith full-on techno sounds and including a rich array of genres like acid\,
  breakbeat\, dub techno\, dnb\, ambient... whatever fits the mood of the m
