  own unique scarecrow to be displayed throughout downtown during the month
  of October.Scarecrows will be on display during several of Loganville's b
 iggest October events\, including the Back the Blue Car Show\, Autumn Fest
 \, and Trick or Treat on Main Street. Throughout the month\, the community
  will have the opportunity to explore downtown\, see the creative displays
