Theme: “DESCENT INTO ECSTASY”\n
\n
A deep Ecstatic Dance journey into the body\, the roots\, and the primal p
ulse of life.\n
\n Inspired by the waning Moon\, this evening invites
us to slow down\, descend beneath the surface\, and release what no longer
needs to be carried. We begin with grounding and root-chakra energy—con
necting with the earth\, the body\, our instincts\, and our sense of inner
safety—before allowing the rhythm to guide us into deeper surrender and
ecstatic freedom.\n
\n From grounding to activation. From the roots t
o release. From the body into ecstasy.
