 y first step on to a 5Rhythms dance floor.A connection with belonging\, al
 iveness and something forgotten\, now remembered in the body - beyond word
 s - Tribal…We always begin with ground - the roots of our experience….
  Solid\, secure embodiment of our authentic self in movement…. We grow\,
  move the energy to open the body into a flow of the dance\, into explorin
 g the circus of our experience in the ‘here and now’ of the present mo
 ment - awake/aware - connecting with self and others in the space…. Rejo
 icing in the circle of community - coming together with ground\, body and 
 breath. The heart of movement is the circle and each dancer plays their pa
 rt - all parts are welcome.No prior experience needed. Just an open mind\,
  a open heart of curiosity and a willingness to move (at your own pace) an
 d be moved by others…***This October class is to set the ball rolling -

 Bodie trained directly with Gabrielle Roth in 5Rhythms movement practice b
 ack in 2005. He later went on to add Open Floor ‘Therapy in Motion’ an
 d freedomDANCE training to his experience. He is a psychotherapist and has
  been running groups\, teaching mindfulness with conscious movement practi
 ces for over 20 years with workshops across the U.K.\, Europe\, and Asia. 
 He currently lives between Brighton and London and is exploring 'Breathwor
 k with movement' as a deep healing resource. "Energy moves in waves. Waves
