 t 6:00 PM and running through 10:00 PM\, the On the Green Concert Series f
 eatures live local musical talent booked through the Alpharetta Rotary Clu
 b\, drawing strong evening crowds throughout the event.The Alpharetta Moon

 ailers will be scheduled first for load-in\, beginning as early as 12:00 P
 M\, and will be scheduled last for pack-up and load-out. &bull\; General v
 endor load-in is a scheduled process beginning at 2:00 PM and ending at 4:
 00 PM. &bull\; All booths must be fully set up and open for business by 5:
 00 PM. &bull\; Booth locations are pre-assigned in advance of each market.

 Proof & Required Photo UploadsAll applicants must provide proof that their
  art or products are handcrafted locally by the applicant and only the app
 licant. Required photo uploads include: 1. Photos of the tools used to cre
 ate the work 2. Photos of raw materials used in production 3. A photo of t
 he applicant’s home studio or workspaceBecause the Alpharetta Moonlight 
 Market is a nighttime event\, applicants must also upload a nighttime boot
 h display photo showing how their booth will be illuminated using LED ligh
 ting. &bull\; The City of Alpharetta provides free electrical hookups. &bu
 ll\; Vendors must supply their own in-booth lighting and a minimum of 125 
 feet of outdoor\, weatherproof\, rated extension cords to reach the neares
 t city-provided outlets. &bull\; The nighttime booth photo does not need t
 o show all artwork or products\, but it must clearly demonstrate that the 
 booth will be brightly and safely lit after dark. This is a safety require
 ment.If the nighttime booth photo does not show the full booth display\, a
 pplicants must upload an additional outdoor booth display photo that clear
 ly shows: &bull\; A white tent canopy &bull\; The required minimum 40-poun
 d professional tent weights per leg &bull\; An example of how artwork or p
 roducts will be displayed at the eventThis additional booth photo is only 
 required if the nighttime booth image does not show the full outdoor booth
