 クとは 東京・茅場町の屋上ガーデン Edible KAYABAEN では
 、食や自然、暮らしについてゆるやかに語り合う「つ
 ながるナイトピクニック」を毎月開催しています。 立
 秋を過ぎ、夕方からは涼しい風が吹くようになったKAYAB
 AENでは、タカキビが赤い粒をぷくぷくとつけ、先日収
 穫を迎えました。 たかきびと共に、ナスやオクラや、8
 月を乗り切った野菜たちも、皆さまをお待ちしており
 ます。 たかきびの特徴や環境へのやさしさ、肉食と比
 べてとってもエコ！などのお話もお楽しみに♪ 旬の野
 菜を味わいながら、初秋の夜をゆったり過ごしましょ

 uture. 🔶 What is the Connecting Night Picnic? At *Edible KAYABAEN*\, a 
 rooftop garden in Kayabacho\, Tokyo\, we host a monthly “Connecting Nigh
 t Picnic”—a relaxed gathering where people come together to chat about
  food\, nature\, and everyday life. Now that we’ve passed *Risshū*\, th
 e traditional beginning of autumn\, cool evening breezes have begun to flo
 w through KAYABAEN. Our sorghum plants have grown beautiful red grains\, p
 lump and full\, and we recently celebrated their harvest. Alongside the so
 rghum\, seasonal vegetables such as eggplant and okra—and all the other 
 vegetables that made it through the heat of August—are waiting to welcom
 e you. We’ll also share stories about sorghum: what makes it special\, w
 hy it’s kind to the environment\, and how it can be a much more eco-frie
 ndly choice than meat. Come and enjoy the conversation! Let’s savor seas
 onal vegetables and spend a relaxing early-autumn evening together. 🌃
