 t we see\, 3hd festival’s “Beyond Imagining” evening of performances
  at HAU Hebbel am Ufer presents works that trace a given pop-cultural scri
 pt written into flesh\, then flip it to reveal the facts behind the fictio
 ns. From dancehall and puppetry to shock rock and narco-soaps\, the two-ni
 ght run brings together artists whose work inhabits and unhinges the conve
 ntions and contradictions of the public imagination. \n\nCharlie Osborne
 ’s “He Must Have Been Like 6ft 3\,” a shock-rock essay-concert\, rec
 asts an imposing figure in Superman pajamas through romance. Eunju Hong ex
 pands and adapts her “She seemed devastated\, when I was weeping with Jo
 y” performance to HAU2\, drawing on traditional East Asian puppetry\, mo
 deling a life-size 3D-printed proxy of her own face and body. Harald Behar
 ie’s “Batty Juice”—new duet version of 2022’s solo “Batty Bwoy
 \,” brought together for the first time by Creamcake—attacks and embra
 ces sedimented narratives around deviance in an odyssey of droning prog-ro
 ck. Nadia Granados’s Drag King persona troubles how violence is aestheti
 cized\, consumed\, and circulated through Colombian narco-soap operas\, mu
 sic videos\, and gangster rap in “COLOMBIANIZACIÓN.” Jelly-cake artis
 t Lila Steinkampf serves special treats\, while producer Sin Maldita plays
  between performances throughout the evening.\n\nFive hours of performance
  from multiple points of view: each offers the audience a durational exerc
 ise in identifying and interrupting the prejudices and preconceptions that
