 from the North West of England\, she has already released four EPs\, a str

 ed near Blackpool\, as a teenager she found a love for DJing at house part
 ies\, influenced by the high-energy styles of The Prodigy and The Chemical
  Brothers. Spending late nights looping tracks and drum sections to make n
 ew arrangements\, she was inspired by breakthrough female producers like M
 aya Jane Coles to create her own sound and her 2020 debut single\, “Fluf
 fy Clouds\,” premiered via Mixmag and featured by BBC Introducing Dance
 \, quickly led to a radio residency at London’s Rinse FM. Exploring styl
 es between breaks\, electro and UK bass\, her rapid rise as a producer of 
 club-ready hits brought on sets at iconic venues and parties like Fabric\,
  Parklife\, The Warehouse Project and Amnesia Ibiza\, as well as support s
 ets for Helena Hauff and Honey Dijon.
\nHer acclaimed 2022 debut EP\, No
 t What It Seems\, featured in DJ Mag\, Notion and Metal\, led to her first
  international tours in Australia and Japan alongside a non-stop club run 
 across Europe. Not slowing down her productions\, she followed up her high
 -energy\, percussive and atmospheric EP The Highest Level with an explosiv
 e set at the 12\,000-capacity Boiler Room Sydney. Showcasing a tracklist a
 lmost entirely made from Effy originals\, including the as-yet unreleased 
 anthem “iluv” in collaboration with Mall Grab\, the online set shot to
  prominence as one of the year’s best.\n
“iluv” became the first r
 elease under the newly-launched Fragrance Recordings\, and by the time of 
 its Valentine’s Day release was already a celebrated dance anthem. The l
 abel\, founded together by partners Effy and Mall Grab\, now hosts their r
 eleases alongside emerging artists from across the world. In 2025\, Fragra
 nce released Effy’s latest EP\, The Syndicate\, a three-track homage to 
 coming of age in Blackpool and the North West. Paying tribute to one of th
 e UK’s most iconic superclubs\, the record spans from the nostalgia of 2
 011 EDM to the in-your-face modern bass that has become an Effy signature.
