DESCRIPTION:After another massive year on the road in support of their late
 st record "A Young Person's Guide to King Parrot"\, the KP crew have put t
 ogether an 8 show run of shows to close out 2026 in Australia. They'll be 
 heading Off The Beaten Track to hit some of those less ventured locations 
 including regional VIC\, NSW and 3 shows in Tasmania! After kicking off th
 e year in the USA alongside metal veterans Gwar and Soulfly for 39 shows a
 cross the continent\, the boys have shown no signs of slowing down with up
 coming summer European festival appearances scheduled and select club date
 s through Europe\, Scandinavia\, the UK and Ireland throughout August and 
 September. In a change to the usual King Parrot touring lineup and while a
  few long standing members take some time off the road\, the band have enl
 isted US bass playing veteran Derek Engemann to handle duties for upcoming
  touring commitments. Derek brings a wealth of experience including a 6 sh
 ow stint filling in for Rex Brown from Pantera as well as more permanent d
 uties in hugely successful metal acts like Cattle Decapitation\, Scour and
