 ct an approachable exploration of Japanese flavors\, textures\, and prepar
 ation techniques\, with guidance from Chef Coco throughout the session. Th
 e class is designed to make plant-based and gluten-free cooking feel creat
 ive\, flavorful\, and accessible.Due to limited seating and upfront costs 
 of food\, preparation\, and staffing\, our baking and cooking class events
  are FINAL SALE\, NON-REFUNDABLE. You are welcome to have someone come in 
 your place if you are unable to attend. This class will take place in our 
 Vegan & Gluten-Free Dedicated Kitchen\, 351 Maple Place\, Keyport\, NJ. We
  use soy\, nuts\, corn\, and other ingredients that could interfere with y
 ou enjoying the class if they are an allergen to you.Please contact lisa@p
