 in\, DE) is a garage punk 4-piece known for their raw\, cathartic live sho
 ws and art punk-fuelled studio efforts. Their influences travel from The S
 tooges’ proto-punk shenanigans all the way to The Clean’s jangly earwo
 rms\, taking scenic detours for Pylon’s weirdo pop hooks on their way to
  Bikini Kill’s riot-friendly neighbourhood.\n\nThe group first introduce
 d their patented brand of punk-tinged garage rock by way of elapsed-play\,
  The Ones with the Brooms (2016)\, and debut full-length\, It Doesn’t So
 und Good but It Feels Awesome (2019) before relocating from Montréal\, QC
  to Berlin\, DE in 2020. Then came The Wet Album (2021)\, a 6-song essay f
 urther embracing their punk ethos\, and sophomore full-length I Spy with M

 w-up to his last opus “Im Tal der Stutzer” and delivers his sixth stud
 io album “Release The Beast” – where he finds the sweet spot between
  psych rock\, Detroit techno\, fried synths\, black metal and library musi
 c. “I wanted to get a rougher sound on this record\,” he says. “I du
 g out my two broken reel-to-reel tape machines\, and patched them together
 \, like Frankenstein. That’s what gels everything really - there’s dif
 ferent musical styles\, but it’s the tape machine that brings it all tog
 ether\, sound-wise.”\n\n𝘽𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙯𝙚𝙧\nBlitzer are an int
 ernational trio based in Berlin\,\nPlaying between the lines of New Wave a
