Tents are not provided ready-to-use: You are responsible for pitching your own tent. Security Dep osit: A security deposit will be collected for each rented item\, varying by item type. This deposit will be refunded after all equipment is returne d completely at the service point. Rental Period & Return Deadline: All re nted equipment can be used throughout the festival and must be returned in complete condition before 11:30 AM on November 22nd. Late Return Penalty: A fine will be deducted from the security deposit for any late returns. D amage to Equipment: In the event of damage to the equipment\, the renter m ust compensate for the full actual cost of the damaged item. Other Conditi ons: Any other conditions are subject to the lessor's discretion.
