DESCRIPTION:RE VERSE OPEN MICIs a night of poetry\, spoken word\, rap and 
 music focusing on returning to core. Re-versing to who we are without soci
 etal pressures\, so that we can ignite our truth and allow it to flow in w
 hatever form feels warm.This night is dedicated to elevating and celebrati
 ng voices of folks who identify as LGBTQIA+. This is a space in which to f
 eel held and connected. It is important to make it explicitly clear that R
 e Verse cares deeply for our beautiful trans community\; your voice will a
 lways be heard here. If you identify as Trans and haven't been able to sec
 ure an open mic spot\, but would like one\, please let Amy know via insta/

 our words.Hosted by queer poet & performer\, Amy Allen (she/her)\, accompa
 nied on the keys by Lily Sunbeam (she/her) and held at the Union Theatre\,
  SE1\, Re Verse Open Mic night is a safe and supportive space to share wor
 ds old or new\, hear voices\, and connect with our community.This event is
  held in the bar area of the union theatre\, giving it an intimate\, cozy 
 vibe in a welcoming\, accessible venue.Bar is open for drinks inside or in
  the courtyard from 6.30pm\, and after the open mic until 11.30pm.There ar
 e limited guaranteed open mic slots which can be pre-booked. If you decide
  on the night that you would like to hop on the mic\, please just let Amy
