DESCRIPTION:The Woodbridge Village Association will host its Annual Holida
 y Arts & Craft Show on Saturday\, November 14th from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m
 . The show is open to all levels of artists\; we hope to have a wide varie
 ty of decorative items\, holiday decoration\, crafts\, jewelry\, and much 
 more! The Holiday Arts & Craft Show will be combined with a French Artisan
  Market to add a twist. The French Artisan Market will be held in a separa
 te room upstairs. There will be local artists for the Arts & Craft Show an
 d artisans from all regions of France presenting artworks\, fashion\, craf
 ts\, photographs\, and jewelry.Each vendor booth will cost $60.00 ($10 wil
 l be refunded if the space is left clean). Spaces go on sale at 9:00 a.m. 
 on Thursday\, September 3rd. Spaces will sell out and we only have a limit
 ed amount of space.Space Information: We are allowing both holiday decorat
 ions\, and hand-made decorations. The map is not to scale\, and some space
 s may be altered or moved by WVA with no advanced notice\, and no refund w
 ill be given if this happens. Also\, spaces that are marked with "*" have 
 electricity and are approximate so there is a possibility that certain spa
 ce numbers might actually end up going without electricity even if the map
  is marked. If this occurs\, there will be no refund given.Each booth will
  cost $60.00 with $10.00 to be refunded if the space is left clean at the 
 end of the show. Also\, the $10.00 deposit will only be returned if the ve
 ndor works the entire show. There will be no exceptions to this rule.Doors
  will open on Saturday\, November 14th at 7:00 a.m. for everyone to begin 
 setting up the show.  The show will open to the public sharply at 9:00 a.m
 . and close at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday\, November 14th.Each booth consists o
 f one (1) 6' x 2' table\, unless other arrangements have been made with th
 e Recreation Team\, before Thursday\, October 29th at 5:00 p.m.  Tables wi
 ll be provided with at least 1 chair. Spaces are small\, so please do not 
 bring an additional table to set-up. Those participants with lattice work 
 over 5' tall MUST choose a space against a wall and will not be given a ta
 ble.  If your space is not against a wall\, we will ask you to remove your
  high standing display. The show is all indoors and will take place rain o
 r shine. Admission is free.If you are a vendor that would like to help adv
 ertise this event\, and would like to pick up flyers to hand-out to help a
