DESCRIPTION:Join us in bringing fun and connections into e-textiles by crea
 ting pair of gloves with ‘half a circuit’ of LEDs.Join us for an after
 noon of "Wired connections"\, where we will have some hands-on fun with el
 ectronic connections in e-textiles. Each person at the workshop will creat
 e a pair of gloves with ‘half a circuit’ of LEDs and decorations on ea
 ch glove. The circuit will only be completed when two of the gloves are to
 uched together\, either by the wearer alone or by forming a circle with th
 e group. The workshop will demonstrate the basics of e-textiles and allow 
 for a lot of relaxed creativity. We will provide all necessary materials a
 nd components\, as well as offer suggestions for future projects.Everyone 
 is welcome. The workshop will be run by Sophie Nadel (@snart.98\, sophiena
 del.com)\, a creative technologist who aims to break down barriers to tech
