The Zentric of Lanna Legacy ยี่เป็ ง มรดกแสงแห่งล้านนา LOCATION:The Zentric Lanna Chiangmai (สวนดอกแม่ออน ) DESCRIPTION:[LANGUAGE_CHECK_TH] ร่วมสัมผัสและส ร้างประสบการณ์อันแสนพิเศ ษไปกับงานเทศกาลยี่เป็ง อา รยธรรมประเพณีที่สืบสานมา นานนับพันปี โดยได้ถูกนำมา ตีความและถ่ายทอดประสบการ ณ์ในรูปแบบที่รังสรรค์ขึ้ นท่ามกลางบรรยากาศแห่งกลา งขุนเขาและท้องฟ้ายามค่ำค ืนที่จะถูกโอบล้อมด้วยแสง ไฟสุดตระการตา ณ งาน The Zentric of Lanna Legacy ยี่เป็ง มรดกแสงแห่งล้า นนา ขอเชิญชวนทุกท่านมาร่ว มสร้างความทรงจำสุดล้ำค่า ในคืนพระจันทร์เต็มดวง ร่ว มดื่มด่ำกับกลิ่นอายวัฒนธ รรมล้านนา พบกับการผสมผสาน ระหว่างอารยธรรม ประเพณี คว ามรื่นเริง และการแสดงสุดพ ิเศษ โดยงานจัดขึ้นในวันที ่ 24 และ 25 พฤศจิกายน 2569 นี้ โดย ผู้ที่ประสงค์เข้าร่วมงาน สามารถซื้อบัตรผ่านทาง Ticketmelo n ได้ตั้งแต่วันที่ 9 พฤษภาคม 2569 เวลา 10:00 น. เป็นต้นไป ข้อกำ หนดและเงื่อนไขการเข้าร่ว มงาน (Terms & Conditions) งานเทศกาลยี่เ ป็ง: The Zentric of Lanna Legacy ยี่เป็งมรดก แสงแห่งล้านนา การซื้อบัตร และการเข้าสู่พื้นที่จัดง าน ถือว่าผู้ซื้อบัตรและผู ้เข้าชมงานยอมรับข้อกำหนด และเงื่อนไขดังต่อไปนี้ทุ กประการ: 1. นโยบายการจำหน่าย บัตรและการเข้างาน (Ticketing & Entry) ผู้ซื้อบัตรและผู้เข้าร่ว มงานรับทราบนโยบายการจัดจ ำหน่ายและการเข้างานดังต่ อไปนี้ ผู้จัดงานจะจำหน่าย บัตรสำหรับเข้างานทาง Online ผ่ านทาง Ticketmelon เท่านั้น ผู้ซื้อ บัตรจะต้องสร้างบัญชีผู้ใ ช้งาน (Account) เพื่อซื้อบัตร จำ กัดการซื้อสูงสุดไม่เกิน 4 ใบ ต่อ 1 บัญชีผู้ใช้งาน (Account) เท่านั้น โดยจะต้องระบุชื่ อและนามสกุล และข้อมูลพื้น ฐานให้ถูกต้องครบถ้วน โดยเ ฉพาะชื่อและนามสกุลจะต้อง ถูกต้องตรงตามบัตรประชาชน ( ชาวไทย) หรือหนังสือเดินทาง (ชาวต่างชาติ) มิเช่นนั้นอา จจะไม่สามารถเข้าร่วมงานไ ด้หากปรากฏว่าเอกสารที่นำ มาแสดงไม่ตรงกับชื่อและนา มสกุลที่ปรากฏบน E-Ticket ผู้เข้ าร่วมงานจะต้องแสดงบัตรปร ะชาชน (ชาวไทย) หรือ พาสปอร์ต (ชาวต่างชาติ) เพื่อยืนยันต ัวตนก่อนเข้าร่วมงาน โดย ชื ่อและนามสกุล ของผู้เข้าร่ วมงานที่ปรากฎบน E-Ticket ต้องตร งกับข้อมูลที่ปรากฎตามเอก สารที่นำมาแสดงดังกล่าว ทั ้งนี้ ผู้เข้าร่วมงานสามาร ถแสดงเอกสารดังกล่าวในรูป แบบของสำเนา รูปถ่ายเอกสาร ที่จัดเก็บในระบบอิเล็กทร อนิกส์ หรือ แอพพลิเคชั่นที ่ได้รับการรับรอง (อาทิ ThaiD) ไ ด้ หากไม่สามารถนำต้นฉบับม าได้ในวันงาน ในกรณีที่ชื่ อและนามสกุลของผู้เข้าร่ว มงานไม่ตรงกับชื่อและนามส กุลที่ปรากฏใน e-Ticket ที่มีการ ซื้ออย่างถูกต้องผ่านทาง Tick etmelon ผู้เข้าร่วมงานจะต้องแส ดงเอกสารดังต่อไปนี้เพื่อ ให้ทางทีมงานผู้จัดงานพิจ ารณาออกบัตรเข้างานให้ - กร ณีที่มีการเปลี่ยนชื่อ และ/ หรือนามสกุล ผู้เข้าร่วมงา นจะต้องมีการแสดงสำเนาเอก สารการเปลี่ยนชื่อ และ/หรือ นามสกุล เพื่อประกอบให้กับ ทางทีมงานของผู้จัดใช้ตรว จสอบได้ว่าเป็นบุคคลเดียว กันกับผู้ที่ซื้อบัตร (โดยท างผู้จัดจะเก็บสำเนาเอกสา รนี้ไว้เพื่อเป็นหลักฐานว ่าผู้เข้าร่วมงานคือบุคคล ดังกล่าวจริงเพื่อป้องกัน การแอบอ้าง) - กรณีที่ผู้เข้ าร่วมงานได้รับการโอนสิทธ ิ e-Ticket มาจากบุคคลอื่น ผู้เข้ าร่วมงานจะต้องแสดงสำเนาบ ัตรประชาชน หรือสำเนาหนังส ือเดินทางของผู้ที่ปรากฏช ื่อบน e-Ticket พร้อมลงนามรับรอง สำเนาถูกต้องโดยเจ้าของเอ กสารดังกล่าว และระบุว่ามี การโอนสิทธิของ e-Ticket รวมทั้ง หมายเลขที่นั่งที่โอนให้ค รบถ้วน (โดยทางผู้จัดจะเก็บ สำเนาเอกสารนี้ไว้เพื่อเป ็นหลักฐานว่าผู้เข้าร่วมง านคือบุคคลดังกล่าวจริงเพ ื่อป้องกันการแอบอ้าง) - กรณ ีนอกเหนือจากนี้ทางผู้จัด งานจะพิจารณาเป็นรายกรณี แ ละให้ถือว่าการพิจารณาของ ผู้จัดงานเป็นที่สิ้นสุด ผ ู้เข้าร่วมงานต้องแสดงตัว เพื่อรับป้ายคล้องคอสำหรั บเข้างานที่หน้างานด้วยตน เอง ไม่สามารถรับแทนกันได้ ทุกกรณี โดย บัตรเป็นประเภท 1-Day Pass ผู้เข้าร่วมงานจะต้อง แสดงตัวยืนยันสิทธิทุกวัน ที่เข้างาน ไม่สามารถรับบั ตรล่วงหน้าได้ เมื่อตรวจสอ บความปลอดภัยและเข้าสู่พื ้นที่จัดงานแล้ว หากออกจาก พื้นที่งาน (Exit) จะไม่สามารถก ลับเข้างานใหม่ได้ในทุกกร ณี บัตรที่ซื้อแล้วไม่สามา รถยกเลิก ขอคืนเงิน หรือเปล ี่ยนแปลงประเภทบัตรได้ (Non-refun dable) ผู้จัดงานขอสงวนสิทธิที ่จะมิให้ผู้ที่ไม่ได้ปฎิบ ัติตามนโยบายข้างต้นเข้าร ่วมงานได้ ตามกรณีแห่งความ จำเป็น และให้ถือว่าการพิจ ารณาของผู้จัดงานเป็นที่ส ิ้นสุด 2. กำหนดการกิจกรรมโด ยประมาณ (Daily Program Itinerary) โปรดทราบ ว่ากำหนดการนี้เป็นเพียงแ ผนการเบื้องต้น ผู้จัดงานข อสงวนสิทธิ์ในการปรับเปลี ่ยนรายละเอียดและเวลาตามค วามเหมาะสม 14:00 - 18:00 น. : ผู้ร่วม งานเริ่มขึ้นรถ ณ จุดรับ-ส่ ง (ลานประเสริฐแลนด์) เพื่อเ ดินทางสู่สถานที่จัดงาน 14:00 & ndash\; 19:00 น. : ลงทะเบียนเข้างาน ร ับของที่ระลึก และร่วมกิจก รรมทางวัฒนธรรมล้านนา 14:30 เป ็นต้นไป : เดินชมการแสดงศิล ปะพื้นบ้าน และสัมผัสวิถีช ีวิตล้านนารอบบริเวณงาน 17:00 & ndash\; 20:00 น. : เปิดให้บริการอาหา รบุฟเฟต์สไตล์ล้านนา (แบ่งต ามโซนที่ระบุในบัตร) 19:00 &ndash\; 20: 00 น. : เข้าสู่โซนพิธีการ ชมกา รแสดงศิลปวัฒนธรรมล้านนาช ุดพิเศษบนเวทีใหญ่ (ที่นั่ง ตามที่ระบุในบัตร) 20:00 &ndash\; 21:00 น . : การแสดงจากศิลปินบนเวทีใ หญ่ (ศิลปินลอยโคมร่วมกับคู ่ลอยของศิลปินในช่วงท้ายก ารแสดง) 21:00 &ndash\; 21:30 น. : พิธีปล่อ ยโคมลอยและชมพลุเฉลิมฉลอง พร้อมกันทั้งงาน เสร็จสิ้น กิจกรรมและเดินทางกลับ 3. นโ ยบายเกี่ยวกับเด็กและเยาว ชน (Child & Minor Policy) เด็กอายุไม่เกิ น 5 ปี ที่ผู้ปกครองถือบัตรเ ข้างานสามารถเข้าร่วมงานฟ รี (ต้องแสดงหลักฐานอายุ) โด ยไม่มีที่นั่งสำรองเพิ่มเ ติมให้ (นั่งตักผู้ปกครอง) แ ละสามารถรับประทานบุฟเฟต์ ได้ฟรีร่วมกับผู้ใหญ่ ในกร ณีที่ต้องการที่นั่งเพิ่ม แยกจะต้องซื้อบัตรและจองท ี่นั่งเข้ามาเท่านั้น ไม่ส ามารถขอแทรกที่นั่งเพิ่มห รือขอเก้าอี้นั่งเพิ่มได้ จำนวนเด็กที่เข้าฟรีต้องไ ม่เกินจำนวนผู้ใหญ่ที่มีบ ัตรเข้างานที่ร่วมเดินทาง มาด้วย ผู้เยาว์ที่อายุต่ำ กว่า 20 ปี ที่เข้าร่วมงานเพี ยงลำพังจะต้องได้รับความย ินยอมจากผู้ปกครองก่อนเท่ านั้น โดยผู้จัดงานจะถือว่ าผู้เยาว์ที่เข้าร่วมงานไ ด้รับความยินยอมจากผู้ปกค รองตามกฎหมายแล้ว โดยผู้จั ดงานไม่มีหน้าที่ตรวจสอบเ อกสารความยินยอมรายบุคคล ผ ู้ปกครองมีหน้าที่ดูแลควา มปลอดภัยของบุตรหลานและผู ้ติดตามตลอดเวลา ผู้จัดงาน จะไม่รับผิดชอบต่อการบาดเ จ็บหรือความเสียหายใด ๆ ที่ เกิดขึ้นจากความประมาทเลิ นเล่อของผู้เข้าร่วมงานเอ ง หรือเหตุที่เกิดขึ้นจากค วามผิดที่ไม่ใช่ความผิดขอ งผู้จัดงาน 4. นโยบายการบันท ึกภาพและสื่อ (Media & Camera Policy) อนุญ าตให้นำโทรศัพท์และกล้องเ ข้างานได้เพื่อบันทึกภาพส ่วนบุคคลเท่านั้น ห้ามนำโด รน (Drone) ทุกชนิดเข้าพื้นที่จ ัดงาน ห้ามใช้แฟลช (No Flash) และห ้ามใช้อุปกรณ์เสริม (เช่น ข าตั้งกล้อง\, ไม้เซลฟี่) ที่บ ดบังทัศนวิสัยและรบกวนผู้ อื่นขณะมีการแสดง และ/หรือช ่วงประกอบพิธีกรรม ไม่อนุญ าตให้มีการถ่ายทอดสด (Live Streaming) ทั้งภาพและเสียงของการแสด งศิลปินหรือบรรยากาศงานผ่ านช่องทางโซเชียลมีเดียทุ กแพลตฟอร์ม ห้ามนำภาพนิ่งห รือวิดีโอไปใช้ในทางพาณิช ย์ (Commercial Use) โดยไม่ได้รับอนุญ าต หากฝ่าฝืนจะดำเนินคดีตา มกฎหมาย ผู้เข้าร่วมงานยิน ยอมให้ผู้จัดงานบันทึกภาพ และวิดีโอของท่าน เพื่อใช้ ในการโฆษณาและประชาสัมพัน ธ์งานผ่านช่องทางต่างๆ ภาย ในบริเวณจัดงานจะมีการบัน ทึกเทปและถ่ายภาพบรรยากาศ ภายในงาน รวมถึงผู้ชมที่มา ร่วมงานหรือผ่านไป &ndash\; มาใน บริเวณงาน สำหรับเผยแพร่แล ะ/หรือออกอากาศเพื่อวัตถุป ระสงค์ในการประชาสัมพันธ์ และ/หรือเผยแพร่บรรยากาศใน งาน โดยผู้จัดงานอาจมีการเ ผยแพร่ออกอากาศทางช่องทาง การสื่อสารที่มีในปัจจุบั น และ/หรือที่จะมีขึ้นในอนา คต โดยการถ่ายทำดังกล่าว อา จติดภาพนิ่ง และ/หรือภาพเคล ื่อนไหวของท่านได้ 5. อาหาร เ ครื่องดื่ม และสิ่งต้องห้า ม (Prohibited Items) ภายในงานมีบริการบ ุฟเฟต์อาหารและเครื่องดื่ มรวมในค่าบัตรแล้ว ไม่อนุญ าตให้นำอาหารและเครื่องดื ่มจากภายนอกเข้างาน งานนี้ เป็นงานปลอดเครื่องดื่มแอ ลกอฮอล์ (No Alcohol Area) ห้ามนำแอลกอ ฮอล์ เครื่องดื่มที่มีส่วน ผสมของแอลกอฮอล์ บุหรี่ บุห รี่ไฟฟ้า กัญชา หรือสารเสพต ิดทุกชนิดเข้างาน ห้ามนำอา วุธ สิ่งเทียมอาวุธ ของมีคม วัตถุไวไฟ วัตถุอันตราย ปร ะทัด กระทง หรือโคมลอยจากภา ยนอกเข้างาน ไม่อนุญาตให้ผ ู้เข้าร่วมงานนำสัตว์ และ/ห รือสัตว์เลี้ยงทุกชนิดเข้ ามาภายในงาน การปล่อยโคมลอ ยเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของพิธีกรร มทางศาสนา ประเพณี และความเ ชื่อ ผู้เข้าร่วมงานจะต้อง ปฏิบัติตามคำแนะนำของเจ้า หน้าที่อย่างเคร่งครัดเพื ่อความปลอดภัย 6. การเดินทาง (Logistics) บริการรถรับ-ส่งของผู้ จัดงาน (Official Shuttle Service) จุดนัดพบเ พื่อเดินทางไปยังสถานที่จ ัดงาน: ลานประเสริฐแลนด์ (ลา นจอดรถหน้าตะวันแดง) ประเภท รถตามสถานะบัตร: บัตรประเภท Classic\, Silver\, Gold\, Prestige และ Royal เดินทาง โดย รถบัสปรับอากาศ บัตรประ เภท Imperial Exclusive เดินทางโดย รถตู ้ปรับอากาศ โปรดเผื่อเวลาเ ดินทางมายังจุดนัดพบ เนื่อ งจากรถจะออกตามรอบที่กำหน ด หากท่านมาไม่ทันรอบรถสุด ท้าย ผู้จัดขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม ่รับผิดชอบในการจัดหาพาหน ะเพิ่มเติม การเดินทางด้วย ตนเอง (Self-Transportation) มีพื้นที่จอด รถรองรับฟรีสำหรับผู้ถือบ ัตรเข้างาน ณ สถานที่จัดงาน (The Zentric Lanna Chiangmai) (สวนดอกแม่ออน) พ ื้นที่จอดรถมี จำนวนจำกัด แ ละให้บริการในรูปแบบ มาก่อ นได้ก่อน (First-come\, First-served) หากที่จ อดรถเต็ม ผู้เข้างานต้องบร ิหารจัดการหาที่จอดรถภายน อกด้วยตนเอง โดยหากไปจอดใน พื้นที่นอกเหนือจากที่ทาง ผู้จัดจัดไว้ให้ ทางผู้จัด งานจะไม่รับผิดชอบในค่าใช ้จ่ายและความเสียหายที่เก ิดขึ้นทุกกรณี ผู้เข้าร่วม งานสามารถนำรถเข้าจอดในพื ้นที่ที่จัดไว้ให้ได้ตั้ง แต่เวลา 14:00 - Live streaming of any kind is strictly prohibited across all platforms. Commercial use of photos or videos without prior permission is prohibited and may result in legal action. By attending\, attendees consent to being photographed and recorded for promotional purposes. The event will be reco rded and photographed for broadcast and promotional use across current and future media platforms. 5. Food\, Beverages & Prohibited Items Buffet foo d and beverages are included in the ticket. Outside food and drinks are no t permitted. This is a No Alcohol Event .
