Payment can be made in the form of credit card and must be received before reservations can be co nfirmed.\nCampground sites can only be booked and paid for online.\n\nTICK ETS\n\nEvery person must have a valid race registration\, be a volunteer o r be attending the event with a registered entrant in addition to their ca mpsite ticket to gain entry to the campground.\n\nVEHICLES\n\nThe Official s Campground has a strict one vehicle\, or two motrcycles\, per site polic y. Any additional vehicles must be housed outside of the Paddock area.\nIf your vehicle and/or accommodation facilities exceed the campsite size you are required to purchase an additional site.\nUnregistered motorised vehi cles\, including race cars\, are prohibitied from the campground.\n\nPROHI BITED ITEMS\n\nNO fireworks\, explosions or illegal substances (patrons ma ybe subject to search)\nNO couches and lounge chairs\nNO unregistered moto rised wheeled devices\nNO glass bottles\nNO donuts\, burnouts or burning o f vehicles\nNO animals (excluding companion animals)\nNO temporary platfor ms to be erected\nNO petrol canisters over 5 litres in capacity\nNO weapon s\n\nGENERAL INFORMATION\n\nCamping is not permitted at the event anywhere other than the designated campground.\nTunnel access: The tunnel has a ma x height of 3.1m. If your vehicle/caravan exceeds this height\, access to the campground will need via Mountain Straight during racing.
