 a The Young are an alternative rock/electronica band based in Czech Republ
 ic. Over the past few years\, the band have evolved from intimate folk beg
 innings into a five-piece band that deliberately resists easy genre classi
 fication. Their music moves between alternative rock\, folk and electronic
  textures\, with each release exploring a different side of their sound. T
 heir 2025 debut album Tell Me When You Pass The Sun (Korobushka Records) e
 arned them all three of the Czech Republic’s major music awards - the An
 děl Award\, the Apollo Award and the Vinyla Award\, making Ida The Young 
 one of the most acclaimed emerging bands on the Czech music scene. Announc
 ed with lead single Dragon Head\, their upcoming full-length Seeing In Rev
 erse (Day After Records\,2026) captures the Czech five-piece pushing their
  sound into heavier\, stranger and more experimental territory. Rather tha
 n limiting themselves to what could later be reproduced on stage\, they tr
 eated the studio as an instrument in its own right. The result brings elec
 tronics and live instrumentation into constant dialogue. They have played 
 over 200 shows all over Europe\, including some of the biggest festivals i
 n the Czech Republic and abroad\, such as Colours of Ostrava\, Sharpe Fest
 ival\, Rock for People or MENT Ljubljana. The band is known for their ecle
 ctic\, ever-changing live shows\, often performing different versions of t
