 names from the English Rock scene. Although often categorised as one of th
 e founding fathers of the punk era\, they were simply interested in playin
 g loud\, fast\, in your face Rock ‘n’ Roll and that remains true to th
 is day. Unfortunately\, in October 2019 came the awful news that founder m
 ember Barrie Masters had passed away at the age of only 63 after a legenda
 ry career with the band. Thanks to the enduring appeal of the music\, supp
 ort from their fans and a never failing desire to get out there and make s
 ome noise\, the band decided to continue touring with a new album and as a
 lways\, the utmost respect for Barrie's memory. Fronted on Vocals by Ian '
 Dipster' Dean with Simon ‘Basher’ Bowley on Drums and Richard Holgarth
  on Guitar\, this line up has been the core of The Hot Rods for the 25 plu
 s years. Joined by Bassist Mic Stoner (ex Chords UK)\, they continue to se
