 Free at the door with staff card. 6:00PM - Perth-based drummer Isaac Long 
 is currently in his last year at the Western Australian Academy of Perform
 ing Arts (WAAPA)\, where he has spent the past 4 years developing his craf
 t and exploring the possibilities of rhythm and groove. Isaac presents al 
 Fine\, a modern\, rhythmically driven jazz fusion recital inspired by infl
 uential drummers Will Kennedy\, Vinnie Colaiuta and Yussef Dayes. The perf
 ormance brings together the rhythmic ideas\, sounds and styles that have s
 haped Isaac’s musical journey\, showcasing his evolution as a drummer an
 d his passion for pushing musical boundaries. Join Isaac for an energetic 
 and dynamic evening of rhythm\, groove and contemporary fusion as he celeb
 rates the culmination of his time at WAAPA. 7:05PM - Bethany Watt is a Per
 th-based bass guitarist\, songwriter and visual artist\, currently complet
 ing her Bachelor of Contemporary Music at WAAPA. Having begun playing bass
  at age nine\, Bethany has developed a diverse sound shaped by rock\, prog
 ressive\, alternative and psychedelic music\, performing across original p
 rojects\, cover bands\, musicals and other collaborative works. Her end-of
 -year recital\, Music That Keeps You Warm\, reflects on the role that musi
 c and community have played in her personal growth. Inspired by the people
 \, moments and songs that have carried her through difficult times\, the p
 erformance celebrates the warmth found in community and in the music share
 d on cold\, lonely nights between friends. Through a collection of arrange
 ments and original music inspired by her experiences and the people around
  her\, Bethany explores how growth and identity are formed not in isolatio
 n\, but through the people and music we hold close. 8:10PM - Qayla Locke i
 s a Perth-based Indonesian-Australian vocalist\, songwriter\, keyboardist\
 , and lover of all things whimsy and weird. She is an active member of the
  local music scene and community\; performing gigs with two bands\, teachi
 ng music\, as well as volunteering at music events and festivals. She inco
 rporates unique aspects into her music\, such as performing acapella\, liv
 e-looping\, lush harmonies\, sound effects\, and heavy synths. In this gra
 duation recital\, hear her debut original works as well as arrangements an
 d covers\, to tell a story of belonging\, heritage\, and identity. FFO: Im

 ew Road. 9:15PM - Rory Bundock is a fourth-year Contemporary Vocal student
  at the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA)\, presenting
  his end-of-year recital. With a lifelong passion for performing and songw
 riting\, Rory has always been drawn to the energy and connection of live m
 usic. His sound is primarily influenced by contemporary pop\, with artists
  such as Bruno Mars and Ed Sheeran shaping his approach to songwriting and
  performance\, alongside influences from hip-hop and funk. This special pe
 rformance will showcase Rory’s artistry through a predominantly original
  set\, complemented by a selection of well-loved covers. Audiences can loo
 k forward to an exciting and high-energy evening celebrating the culminati
 on of Rory’s studies and his passion for creating and performing music.
