  hair-raising instrumental workouts! John Hackett has been a much-loved an
 d admired figure in the progressive rock scene since the mid-70’s\; best
 -known for his flute work with his brother\, former Genesis guitarist\, St
 eve Hackett on albums such as Voyage of The Acolyte\, Please Don’t Touch
  and Spectral Mornings alongside his own solo albums Checking Out Of Londo
 n\, Another Life and The Piper Plays His Tune. * * * Dorie Jackson and her
  band are a dynamic\, multi-generational collective performing original so
 ngs from two solo albums and selected tracks from three Kaprekar’s Const
 ant records. Dorie has enjoyed a successful\, parallel career to date as a
  backing vocalist to a variety of artists\, including Squeeze’s Chris Di
 fford\, Francis Dunnery and Marti Pellow. Dorie’s live band includes her
  father\, legendary sax player with Van der Graaf Generator and Peter Gabr
 iel\, David Jackson. Other bandmates are fellow Kaprekar’s members Mike 
 Westergaard on piano and Nick Jefferson on bass. Fourth member is Danny Du
