 KETSThe safety and security of the cats is our top priority\, please famil
 iarize yourself with our rules before your arrival.Our staff has the right
  to ask anyone who isn't following the rules to leave the lounge. No refun
 ds will be issued.Sessions begin at the top of the hour and run for 50 min
 utes. Ticket holders may enter at any time during the session but the sess
 ion ends 10 minutes before the next hour regardless of time of entry. We c
 an not compensate for time missed if you are late for your session.🧦SOC
 KS REQUIREDShoes and bare feet are not permitted. Socks and shoe covers ar
 e available for purchase if needed.👧🏻CHILDRENChildren must be at lea
 st 5 to enter the cat lounge. 1 ticket holding adult must be present insid
 e the lounge for every 3 children between the ages of 5-18 years of age.
 🎟️TICKETSEach person in your group must have their own ticket. Please
  ensure all tickets are for the correct date and time\, the lounge has spa
 ce for a maximum of 10 guests per session. This number can not be exceeded
 .🗓️ RESCHEDULING AND REFUNDSYou can request a refund for tickets up t
 o 48 hours prior to your reservation or reschedule your tickets up to 12 h
 ours before your reservation. After these windows have passed we are unabl
 e to refund or reschedule your tickets. If you do miss your session the go
 od news is that ticket purchases are a tax deductible donation to our non-
