 \, although once the doors open and AFTER YOU HAVE HAD YOUR HAND STAMPED\,
  you may reserve a seat in the ballroom (for example by leaving your coat 
 on it) and then eat elsewhere. If you wish to eat\, please ensure that you
  arrive in plenty of time to order and eat your food.* Please do not save 
 seats for other people unless they will be arriving before the start of th
 e live music at 8pm. If there is a particular problem please let us know\,
  otherwise we reserve the right to give these seats to people who are alre
 ady there and who would otherwise have to stand (see below).* There is a l
 ow step at the entrance to The Ivy House\, and after that the venue is all
  on level ground. There is a disabled toilet in the ballroom where the con
 cert will be held.* If you are in a wheelchair\, please let us know IN ADV
 ANCE and we can reserve a space for you.* THIS EVENT IS PART SEATED\, PART
  STANDING.* If you or a member of your party must have a seat due to disab
 ility\, PLEASE LET US KNOW BY NOON ON THE DAY OF THE GIG GIVING THE REASON
  WHY A SEAT IS NEEDED. Sorry\, but we cannot undertake to reserve seats fo
 r anybody other than the person with a disability.* Please do not bring in
  seats or stools from other parts of the venue\, as these are needed for o
 ther customers of the pub. We also need to keep enough space at the back o
 f the room for people who are standing.* Please be aware that whilst our e
 vents are held in The Ivy House's beautiful Grade 2 listed ballroom\, this
  is a pub\, so there may be some background noise from adjoining bars\, al
 though we and the pub management have done our best to minimise this. Howe
 ver as this is a listed building there are restrictions on what kinds of s
 oundproofing can be done. We hope you understand.* You are welcome to take
  photos\, but please do not do this in a way which will disturb other memb
 ers of the audience. For example\, please do not use flash or hold your ph
 one above your head. Unfortunately anybody who persists in doing this afte
 r being asked not to may be asked to leave.* Please do not take videos unl
