 📋 Booking ProcessWhen booking\, please select either the Non-Member or 
 Capron Park Zoo Member ticket. Full payment is required at checkout.Non-Me
 mbers:Simply select the Non-Member ticket and complete your purchase.Capro
 n Park Zoo Members:To receive the member rate\, please enter the member na
 me and email address associated with your membership during checkout.Pleas
 e bring your valid Capron Park Zoo membership card on the day of your enco
 unter. Membership will be verified at check-in.Each participant purchasing
  a Member ticket must be covered by a valid Capron Park Zoo membership. If
  a valid membership cannot be verified\, the difference between the Member
  and Non-Member rate must be paid before participation.Please bring your b
 ooking confirmation email with you on the day of your encounter.If you do

 ounter bookings are non-refundable.If Capron Park Zoo is unable to conduct
  the encounter due to severe weather\, unsafe conditions\, animal welfare\
 , veterinary care\, or other operational needs\, the Zoo may reschedule or
  cancel the encounter.If the encounter is canceled by Capron Park Zoo\, af
 fected guests will be eligible for a refund.If you do not attend your sche
 duled encounter (no-show)\, all payments are non-refundable.⚠️ Red Pan
 da Encounter RulesFor the safety of our guests\, staff\, and animals\, ple
 ase follow these rules:Minimum age is 12. Participants ages 12–17 must b
 e accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.Participants must wear long pa
 nts and closed-toe shoes\, such as sneakers or boots. Shorts\, skirts\, sk
 orts\, sandals\, flip-flops\, Crocs\, and other open-toed shoes are not pe
 rmitted.Please do not wear loose or dangling jewelry during the encounter.
 Participants may not touch or chase the red pandas.Please avoid sudden mov
 ements and loud noises during the encounter.Animal interaction is not guar
 anteed. The animals always have the choice of whether or not they wish to 
 approach or interact with participants.If the red panda chooses to partici
 pate\, guests may have the opportunity to offer the red panda a grape usin
 g a feeding skewer under staff supervision.If you feel uncomfortable at an
 y time\, calmly notify the staff member leading the encounter. Staff will 
 assist you and may end the encounter if necessary.If at any time a staff m
 ember determines that the encounter is no longer safe\, the encounter will
  be ended.Photography is permitted within designated exhibit areas only. P
 hotos and videos are not permitted inside buildings\, staff-only areas\, o
 r behind-the-scenes areas.All participants must sign a Liability Waiver. P
 articipants under 18 must have the waiver signed by a parent or legal guar
 dian.Please arrive 20 minutes early for check-in\, waiver completion\, and
  orientation.🦁 Zoo RulesAll Red Panda Encounter participants must also 
 follow Capron Park Zoo's general rules:Do not feed any animals unless spec
 ifically instructed by Zoo staff as part of the encounter.Balloons\, balls
 \, toys\, bicycles\, skateboards\, roller skates\, and similar items are n
 ot permitted in the Zoo.Pets are not permitted in the Zoo.Smoking\, eating
 \, and drinking are not permitted inside Zoo buildings.Do not climb on or 
 cross fences\, barriers\, or restricted areas.Shoes and shirts are require
 d.Capron Park Zoo reserves the right to end an encounter or require any in
 dividual or group that does not follow Zoo rules or staff safety instructi
