 le to eat in the ballroom where the concert is held\, although once the do
 ors open and AFTER YOU HAVE HAD YOUR HAND STAMPED\, you may reserve a seat
  in the ballroom (for example by leaving your coat on it) and then eat els
 ewhere. If you wish to eat\, please ensure that you arrive in plenty of ti
 me to order and eat your food.* Please do not save seats for other people 
 unless they will be arriving before the start of the live music at 8pm. If
  there is a particular problem please let us know\, otherwise we reserve t
 he right to give these seats to people who are already there and who would
  otherwise have to stand (see below).* There is a low step at the entrance
  to The Ivy House\, and after that the venue is all on level ground. There
  is a disabled toilet in the ballroom where the concert will be held.* If 
 you are in a wheelchair\, please let us know IN ADVANCE and we can reserve
  a space for you.* THIS EVENT IS PART SEATED\, PART STANDING.* If you or a
  member of your party must have a seat due to disability\, PLEASE EITHER A
 RRIVE WHEN THE DOOR OPENS AT 7PM\, OR ELSE LET US KNOW IN ADVANCE GIVING T
 HE REASON WHY A SEAT IS NEEDED. Sorry\, but we cannot undertake to reserve
  seats for anybody other than the person with a disability.* Please do not
  bring in seats or stools from other parts of the venue\, as these are nee
 ded for other customers of the pub. We also need to keep enough space at t
 he back of the room for people who are standing.* Please be aware that whi
 lst our events are held in The Ivy House's beautiful Grade 2 listed ballro
 om\, this is a pub\, so there may be some background noise from adjoining 
 bars\, although we and the pub management have done our best to minimise t
 his. However as this is a listed building there are restrictions on what k
 inds of soundproofing can be done. We hope you understand.* You are welcom
 e to take photos\, but please do not do this in a way which will disturb o
 ther members of the audience. For example\, please do not use flash or hol
 d your phone above your head. Unfortunately anybody who persists in doing 
 this after being asked not to may be asked to leave.* Please do not take v
