  Understanding is a unique celebration of peace\, friendship\, and diversi
 ty\, with various activities taking place from 19 March - 21 March\, 2027.
 &nbsp\; One of the main events is the carnival which will take place on SA
 TURDAY 20th MARCH from 3:00 pm &ndash\; 8:00 pm &ndash\; Bump in from 10am
 .\nThe Carnival incorporates stage activities\, stalls\, food vendors\, cu
 ltural activities\, licenced area and games.\nFor 2027\, the guest nation 
 is the Kenya.\nStallholders are asked to be self-sufficient with tables\, 
 chairs\, shade and signage.\nLimited power will be available and must be p
 re-booked\, noting a maximum of two outlets per stall.\nYou will need to s
 upply $20m Public Liability Insurance.\nIf you are a food trader\, you mus
 t comply with all Council and Government Regulations\, and provide a valid
